Memory stick stolen from mobile home
A family is appealing for a memory stick stolen from their mobile home to be returned, it has been reported.
Kerry and Maree Steggles parked their mobile home in Geelong, Australia, for just an hour while they took their son to hospital to have an eye infection examined.
However within that time, thieves managed to break in to the home and steal a Tom Tom satellite navigation screen, a camera and a memory stick full of photos of the family's recent holiday.
"We are distraught not to have the photos," Mr Steggles told the Geelong Advertiser.
"If someone could just give us the memory stick back, the other things can be replaced. But we had had such an incredible holiday it is very upsetting to have lost the photos."
While caravan insurance may not be able to replace memories, the financial assistance it rewards to caravan owners can take a lot of stress and worry away from the need to replace stolen items.
