Its all change in Bournemouth
New Forest caravan and motorhome holidaymakers will notice some improvements to the Bournemouth seafront around the grade II listed Pavilion and Pavilion Gardens area.
A £59 million refurbishment will add a regional dance venue for Dance South West, a casino and new restaurants, with rooftop gardens, a spa and other landscaping to enhance the lower terrace views.
Developer Trevor Osborne said: "This development will regenerate the Town Centre.
"It might be my name on the lease but I recognise that it belongs to the people of Bournemouth - we want them to enjoy and feel proud of it."
Leader of the Council, councillor Stephen MacLoughlin, said: "We're delighted to unveil these latest plans. They include better quality outside space to be enjoyed by anyone in the town."
The scheme has the support of English Heritage and the South West Regional Development Agency.
