Happy 20th birthday to Welsh tourist co-operative

The Croeso Cader Idris Farm Tourism Group has just celebrated 20 years of providing accommodation, caravanning and camping sites, and fun holidays for many visitors over the two decades.

The Welsh speaking businesses all belong to midwalesholidays.co.uk, and have used their website to accept bookings for four years.

Carys Evans, of Cynfal Farm Cottages, Bryncrug near Tywyn, the secretary of the group, told the icWales news website: "People like to come to Wales and stay with a Welsh family.

"They are also attracted by the beautiful, natural environment and we are fortunate to live in an area close to the sea and the mountains."

Mid Wales Tourism chief executive, Val Hawkins, has congratulated the group for marketing its businesses, successfully, in partnership.
