Car and caravan upturned
One carriageway of the A64 was closed Saturday as the emergency services were called to a car and caravan which had rolled down an embankment.
The driver and passenger had to be released from their seatbelts, and the fire crew had to remove the roof of the blue Renault Espace.
Paramedics treated the pair at the scene, but they didn't require hospital treatment.
The accident occurred five miles west of the Hopgrove roundabout and Grimston Lodge, on the outskirts of York.
North Yorkshire Police say that there is no further investigation into the incident.
